Be Transformed

Are you tired of temporary change? Do the same struggles--anxiety, fear, anger, rejection, or destructive patterns--keep resurfacing no matter how hard you try or how much you pray?

Be Transformed: New Life Awaits offers a clear, biblical roadmap to lasting freedom. Drawing from his own journey of personal healing and more than 25 years of counseling experience, John Robin Murphy reveals how true transformation happens at the heart level.

This is not about trying harder or simply managing behavior. It's about partnering with God to identify and heal the root issues that keep you stuck, then replacing them with His truth.

Organized into 11 practical chapters filled with real-life stories, biblical insights, and guided prayers, this book walks you step-by-step through the process of inviting God into the deepest places of your life.

Readers consistently describe it as life-changing--deeply personal yet universally relevant--offering hope and clarity for anyone longing for more than just coping.

If you've ever wondered why change feels temporary or why old struggles keep returning, Be Transformed will show you a different path--one that leads to genuine peace, joy, and the new life God intends for you.

Your new life awaits. Are you ready to be transformed?

John Robin Murphy is the founder of Rock House Center® and the creator of Motive Transition Therapy® (MTT), a proprietary, research-supported biblical counseling approach that has helped thousands of clients across 44 U.S. states and 12 countries achieve lasting emotional, relational, and spiritual transformation.

In 2006, after a radical conversion at age 26 and years of personal healing through the application of biblical truth, John published Be Transformed - New Life Awaits. The core concepts first introduced in that book were later expanded into the comprehensive 350-page Be Transformed workbook (now in its third edition), which forms the foundation of Motive Transition Therapy®.

This root-cause process identifies and resolves the spiritual origins of anxiety, depression, addiction, relational conflict, and more than 30 other conditions, producing documented average symptom reductions of 70-86% and dramatically improved life satisfaction for clients.

John and his wife Beth co-founded Rock House Center in 2006. John was motivated to leave a 25+ year business career that encompassed executive positions in public companies by a passion to make these Kingdom principles broadly available for anyone seeking peace and freedom. In 2010 they presented a conference in Kenya that was endorsed by the General Secretary of the Council of Churches (representing approximately 1,000 churches). That event launched a heart-transformation discipleship movement that spread from Nairobi to five African nations and established 63 still-active churches whose formation and ongoing work are based on the Be Transformed workbook and principles.

Today Rock House Center delivers roughly 10,000 hours of counseling annually through in-person and remote sessions, online self-guided programs, and church/employee assistance partnerships.

An independent audit of results from a random sample of 358 clients confirmed MTT's superior effectiveness compared with many traditional secular modalities. John continues to refine the model, train counselors, and equip individuals, churches, and organizations to apply biblical truth for genuine, sustainable change.
