Transformers, Vol. 12: Matrix Quest

Amazon US Exclusive Edition! Face to face with a cultural icon! Inspired by the top-selling toy line, animated TV series and movie, these are the stories that thrilled a whole generation, classic tales re-presented for the first time ever in book form. Voted the third biggest toy license of all time (ahead of Star WarsTM and Spider-manTM) by a survey in USA Today, the reinvigoration of the Robots in Disguise continues. Welcome back to the world of Transformers!

The hit animated TV shows Beast Wars and Beast Machines introduced a whole new generation to the 'robots in disguise' and now, at last, the stories that came before those shows can be seen again in their world-shaking glory, in the awesome run-up to the bestselling "All Fall Down" storyline - in a brand-new hardcover with cover art from the red-hot new Transformers series artist, Pat Lee!

The Creation Matrix - the life-force of Transformers, the essence of their creator, Primus - has been lost for an age. Now, with the chaos-bringer, Unicron, bearing down on their home, Cybertron, the Autobots must locate the Matrix before all is lost. But they're not the only ones looking for it, and the Matrix itself may be more than they can handle!
