About the Author
Irmajean Bajnok, PhD, MScN, BScN, RN, is the former Director of RNAO s International Affairs and Best Practice Guidelines Centre (IABPG). In this capacity, she led the development, dissemination, implementation support activities, and evaluation of the RNAO Best Practice Guidelines (BPGs) Program in clinical and healthy work environment areas. Bajnok is recognized as a leader in implementation science and has developed effective programs supporting knowledge translation locally, nationally, and globally. She is an Adjunct Professor, School of Nursing, University of Ottawa.
