It is split into two main sections: 'Technology of Materials', and 'Principles of Transistor Design', with many chapters across those subjects from 'Crystalline Perfection' to 'Field-Effect Devices'. Former library book with usual stamps, writing and index number on spine. Wear and marks to boards, with discolouring to edges and spine. Some wear along length of inside cover, possibly due to front free end paper removal. Some tanning to pages through age, otherwise good.
