What happens when superheroes die? When they die in their secret identity, their organs get harvested and given to grateful recipients on the transplant list.Transplants follows several of these individuals as they discover who their new organs came from and begin to discover that more than a few more years of life has been given to them. As several of the recipients begin to develop powers akin to those the donor held, factions form, the public finds out and a media frenzy settles around the 'transplants'.Transplants is presented in a serial format with additional content to follow.
