Paperback in acceptable condition. Cover is grubby and slightly dog-eared/torn. Binding exposed inside front cover. Text (190 pp) tanned at edges, p 31/32 torn (no text missing), otherwise good. Name of former owner written in biro on flyleaf. 'The Trapp Family on Wheels' continues the less well-known story of the von Trapp family after they escaped from Austria in 1938 following the Anschluss (immortalised in the film 'The Sound of Music'). From 1939, they settled in the United States, and for the next 18 years they made their living by giving touring performances as The Trapp Family Singers.
