Trauma Decoded: A different perspective on trauma

Decoding your trauma, instincts, sabotage, habits, pain, addictions, patterns, values, consciousness, and awareness is tackled in this book and so much more. It’s time to get back to who you really are! This book is for people who want to change their lives but don’t know where to start or what steps to take first, because they have never looked at themselves before, or because they have tried everything else and failed so badly that they feel like a failure and it’s easier not to try again than risk failing again. Awareness of a problem is a problem half solved. If you don't understand how your body operates then how are you going to resolve your conundrums?
