In this book, I share my adventures traveling the world and meeting kids like you! My family and I volunteer in each country, learning about new cultures and ways of life. We always ask communities how we can help—and follow their lead. Making a difference in others’ lives, and having them impact mine, feels really good. Hayden Margolis is currently in elementary school and enjoys having a birthday in the summer because he never has to go to school on his birthday. He likes to play video games, Pokémon, and golf; swim; read comics; box; eat pizza; and make people laugh. You’ll find Hayden busy with Cub Scouts and being entrepreneurial to earn money—we never know what fun idea he’ll explore next! His favorite singers are Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack.

Carrie Rich believes in making the world better through business and leadership.
