Paperback. Over the past number of years, circumstances have been challenging but I have found the all-time best way to deal with that has been through writing. And so 'snatches' was born. It practises the discipline of taking a difficult situation and finding strength and light within it. My hope is that my putting thoughts on paper/screen will point the way to live with trouble but also see a way out of it. I have found the whole process beneficial to me, and hopefully to anyone who reads it.
