A Treasury of Psalms and Proverbs - King James Version: Vocabulary, Spelling, Comics & Copywork - The Thinking Tree - Level C for Advanced Students

If you’ve been hoping to help your child grow in both their faith and their language skills—but don’t want it to feel dry, forced, or overwhelming—you’re not alone.

Many homeschool parents are looking for something more meaningful… something that helps their child truly connect with what they’re learning.

A Treasury of Psalms and Proverbs offers a gentle, creative way to study Scripture while building strong vocabulary and spelling skills. Designed as a homeschool curriculum for older students, this book uses the King James Version to guide learners through the richness of Psalms and Proverbs in a way that feels thoughtful, engaging, and personal.

Instead of rushing through verses, your child is invited to slow down and interact with the text. Through copywork, vocabulary exploration, creative comics, and reflection, this spelling workbook turns Bible study into something active and memorable. Students begin to understand not just the words—but the meaning behind them.

Because of the older language used in the King James Bible, this approach naturally strengthens vocabulary and comprehension. It also creates space for deeper conversations about wisdom, character, and who God is.

This psalms and proverbs book is flexible enough to fit your homeschool style. You can use it as a daily Bible study, a language arts supplement, or a quiet independent activity.

Inside, your student will:
• Explore Psalms and Proverbs through meaningful, guided activities.
• Build vocabulary by working directly with Scripture.
• Practice spelling and copywork in a natural, connected way.
• Express understanding through drawing, writing, and creativity.
• Reflect on wisdom, character, and personal growth.

It’s especially helpful for creative learners who need more than worksheets to stay engaged. The combination of writing, thinking, and creating allows students to process what they’re learning in a deeper way.
