About the Author
Reena Arora is a molecular biologist and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She is currently a graduate student in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Reena spent many years working as a scientist at Abbott Laboratories and in academic research and development environments. Reena was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2001 and used to experience frequent flare-ups, which included recurring numbness, tingling, nausea, loss of vision and balance, and the general discomfort that many multiple sclerosis patients experience. Initially she was treated with traditional western approaches, but the symptoms remained, so she searched for treatments that would facilitate better health and functioning.She employed her understanding of cellular and molecular biology to research the scientific basis of the remedies available through alternative care and eastern medicines. She used this knowledge to create a regimen to manage her multiple sclerosis. By using this system, she is essentially free of the symptoms and remains free of disability. Reena is currently a full time professional, a part time graduate student and a classical Indian dancer and performer. She is excited to share her system in hopes that her efforts will provide multiple sclerosis patients with tools for better health and vitality.
