Front and rear endpapers with ownership inscriptions of James Stayton, one of which indicates that it was "Bot of Mr. Walker Sipple, Milford, Dec. 1809." The top edge is branded "W.S. 1802", presumably Walker Sipple. The bottom edge is inscribed "I.S. 1809." Evans 30503, Karpinski p.89.
