By Richard Blackmore and printed in London by John Pemberton. 1725, 211 pp, 8 x 5.25 , 8vo, hardcover rebacked leather. In good rebacked condition, with a more contemporary replacement spine. Rubbing and wear to boards, primarily along edges and corners. Hinges remain tight and text block remains bound well. Instructions for treating Galloping Consumption and handwritten note from doctor on early end page. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce and nicely preserved medical text.
