He wrote extensively on economic policy and was the first professor of political economy at University College London. In the original cloth binding. Externally, sound. There is bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. The spine is faded and there is some partial fading to the boards. There are also some marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean, with the odd spot, particularly to the endpapers. Good.
