Holiday House, New York. 1963. Hardcover. Edition/Printing not stated. Book is tight, square, and unmarked but for a F/O name on the front pastedown. Book Condition: Very Good; light bumping to tips; light shelfwear head and tips; sticker removal mark on rear board. No DJ. Pictorial cloth boards and spine with orange and green lettering on the spine and front board. Pictorial endpapers. Clean internals. Inner hinges are sound and not split. 46 pp 8vo. Jay is a young boy who visits his uncle's farm and while exploring he finds an old treehouse high up in a horse chestnut tree. He soon finds the treehouse is not his but populated with birds, squirrels, and possums. As summer went on the animals and their offspring left the treehouse and now it was all his treehouse. A clean very presentable copy.
