About the Author
Susan Kahn, Ph.D., is Director of Planning and Institutional Improvement Initiatives at IUPUI, and also serves as an adjunct faculty member in IUPUI’s Department of English in the School of Liberal Arts and in University College, academic home for IUPUI’s first-year students.
