Trends in Functional Programming Volume 3

Papers from the 3rd Scottish Functional Programming Workshop, held in August 2001 in Stirling, Scotland, cover issues related to applications, compiler optimizations, parallelism, and type theory, as well as language design, proof and transformation, semantics and models, performance modeling and profiling, and programming methodologies. Specific topics include infinite pretty-printing in eXene, deriving non-hierarchical process topologies, load balancing in a parallel graph reducer, and function types in complete type inference.
