Synopsis
Tri-Tuning is a cutting-edge way to replace the everyday fears that cause anger, stress, and anxiety - with confidence, courage, and caring. Hilda Perkins coined the word tri-tuning to express the well-being experienced from a complementary blending of mind, body, and spirit in everyday life. The Tri-Tuning method bridges the gap between Eastern and Western mind-sets through the philosophy of the martial arts. Read this book for pleasure, purpose, and profound insight...
