Trials and Tribulations: Life Lessons in the Tetons

Josiah Jones has a secret older than the mountains that hide him.

Falsely accused and running from a corrupt sheriff, Josiah flees to the wild shadow of the Tetons, where he builds a solitary life among an unlikely family of animals — and learns, one hard lesson at a time, that faith and patience can survive even in exile.

Decades later, his grandson Jonah is running too — from a
motorcycle gang he can’t escape and a life spiraling out of his control. When Jonah stumbles into Cherith Canyon looking for nothing more than a place to hide, he finds something he never expected: an old man who knows the mountains, the Scriptures, and — though neither of them realizes it yet — him.

Trials and Tribulations is a story of two generations separated by secrets and joined by the same rugged country, where every creature and every peak has something to teach about courage, forgiveness, and coming home.
