Handsome contemporary full mottled calf; the spine with five raised bands, compartments richly decorated in gilt, and with red morocco title label lettered in gilt. Marbling to page edges. Decorative woodcut head- and tail-pieces. xxiv, 256pp.; [4], 328pp. A very good copy, the binding square and firm with wear to the corners, a little wear to the spine ends, and a very minor crack to the head of the upper joint.
