A young girl named Makena who, after losing a special milk tooth, embarks on an extraordinary adventure in the magical world of Tooth Fairies and Fairyland. She meets a Tooth Fairy named Cal-Ceum (Cal), who informs her that her tooth has unique magical powers and is sought after by the evil Cavity Crew led by Crown Da-Kay. Makena willingly agrees to help the Tooth Fairies rescue her Tooth Fairy, Rooti, and prevent the Cavity Crew from using her tooth to infect all teeth with cavities to make black magic and take over Fairyland.
