Synopsis
If you're a medical professional and would like to complete a 10-week course in Kelee® meditation we recommend the following two companion books: the above textbook, Troubleshooting the Mind: Understanding the Basic Principles of the Kelee, and the accompanying journal, A Daily Prescription for Natural Health: Kelee Meditation, a way to track your 10-week progress.
If you are interested in the science behind this practice, we recommend reading, The Kelee Meditation Medical Study, which shows that doing this practice twice a day for 10-weeks statistically lowers your stress, anxiety, and depression and you begin to feel better.
Kelee meditation is being taught to practicing physicians and future doctors, at the University of California, San Diego, CA, as a way to understand the deeper meaning of the mind-body connection. And in turn, as part of a natural approach to a healthy mental and physical balance, this integrative technique is being taught to patients, to assist with their healing process.
What can Kelee meditation do for you? Kelee meditation will teach you how to understand the energy of your own mind, via the anatomy of the Kelee. When you learn the basic principles of the anatomy of the Kelee, you'll find specific points of reference in your mind that you can feel and understand for yourself. For the most part, it is the resistance in one's mind--one's issues--that cause one's problems. Kelee meditation will help you understand the process of letting go of compartments, otherwise known as, issues, baggage, or negative thoughts. This meditation is unlike any other meditation because of the anatomy of the Kelee and its reference points.
Kelee meditation is simple to do. It only takes five minutes to do the actual practice. The hallmark of Kelee meditation is that--things that used to bother you, no longer do.
Journaling in A Daily Prescription for Natural Health: Kelee Meditation, helps in the healing process. There is a diagram of the Kelee for the student to write or draw on, to express their thoughts, after completing the meditation. It is through self-reflection that the student can record what transpired during their meditation. By observing their mental activity, the journal helps the student begin to understand their compartments.
It is by practicing Kelee meditation that the fundamental difference between brain and mind can be learned. It is possible to learn how to stop repetitive thinking and start observing from a calm, still, state of mind. A calm state of mind will begin to diminish the three biggest problems that everyone faces--stress, anxiety, and depression. You can begin to heal and change these conditions before your very eyes, when you start doing Kelee meditation.
Ron W. Rathbun has been teaching Kelee meditation for over 30 years. Many thousands more have read his books and learned Kelee meditation on their own. We welcome you to learn all of this for yourself.
