Amidst the rustle of silken garments, an old woman in black appears to those near death at a Nevada hospital. A desperate swimmer on the verge of drowning is pulled to safety by a fair-haired young man―whom she later discovers is her long-deceased uncle. And a hooded specter without a face terrorizes a family, forcing them to flee from their home.
