Karen Mishra is Assistant Professor of Marketing at Meredith College in Raleigh, NC.  She previously served as a marketing professor at Michigan State and Wake Forest universities.   Karen's teaching and research interests include integrated marketing communications, internal communication, and trust.  Karen was the National Account Manager for the $75 million Pepsi-Cola account at Johnson Controls, Inc., and worked in HR at General Motors.   Her clients have included Deutsche Bank, SC Johnson, Oshkosh Truck Corporation, and Two Men and a Truck International, and she has been an executive coach at Duke University. She earned her Ph.D. in Marketing Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and her B.A. from Albion College.
