In professional roles, he has served as High School Teacher, Community College Instructor, Instructional Designer for University Professors, Training Consultant to a Fortune 250 organization, and Regional Training Director responsible for the North American region. His B.S. Degree was earned at North Carolina State University. Years later, he furthered his education at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University where he earned a M.S. Degree in Adult Education and PhD Degree in Leadership.
Dr. Tempestt Adams is an award winning educator, workshop facilitator, and professional speaker. Her specialty area is Career and Technical Education (CTE) and she has over ten years of teaching and leadership experience across the middle school, high school, community college, and university levels. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a general MBA from Pfeiffer University, and a bachelor's in Business & Marketing Education from North Carolina State University. While CTE encompasses a plethora of topics and subjects, at its core its focus is on career development skills.
