Truth in the False: Exploration Understanding Freedom Joy

"Truth in the False digs deep into the human consciousness which is full of violence, hatred, fear, vanity, greed and so on, resulting from centuries of propaganda and conditioning. The exploration of the mind gives an understanding, which frees the brain from the false. Then one is able to live with dignity and happiness, and there is endless love, which helps us maintain healthy relationships with others.

Any effort to free ourselves from the psychological problems created by the mind only makes them more complex. We try various ways to free ourselves but the problems keep recurring. All this prevents us from living life to the full. Explore how the mind, in an effort to free itself, wastes energy in trying to oppose one thing and achieve another, and gets caught in a conflict within itself and remains in a cause-effect chain. It is necessary to observe the complexity of human mind and there is great beauty in understanding its subtle ways and that alone can free ourselves from these problems. It is then that there is intelligence in which there is harmony between body, mind and heart. Such a mind is infinite, and has the quality of silence and is full of energy and happiness. In the freedom of humanity, there is hope for peace on earth.

Find the truth in the false and let the light of understanding shine through."
