Twenty-three remarkable and intensely personal testimonies of former Roman Catholic nuns each who wanted to become a “bride of Christ” as a means of living a devoted life to God in His service.

But in the midst of each woman’s servitude to God was an inner turmoil and emptiness that created an overwhelming spiritual void.
