About the Author

Robert M Powell has a BS in Chemistry and is an executive board member and a co-founder of the 501c-3 non-profit, the Scientific Coalition for Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena Studies. https: //www.explorescu.org He has studied the UFO phenomenon for the last 13 years and has authored multiple papers on the subject. He is a co-author of the book UFOs and Government: A Historical Inquiry. Robert currently resides in Austin, Texas.
