Her challenges have been many and her obstacles have been tremendous. However, she found her way to success by never giving up. While attending college on an academic scholarship, Kellie Nicholson began working in the hospitality industry to make extra money. With a 30-year career under her belt, she is a respected consultant in the business. Nicholson also teaches beverage industry-related classes, which she created, at community colleges in the Los Angeles area and online throughout the United States. In New York City she acquired her real estate license, where she showed multi-million dollar homes to the city's elite. Nicholson later worked for the world's largest talent agency in Hollywood, where she learned the public relations side of business. Next, she dabbled in the acting business and appeared on a popular soap opera in a recurring role for two years. Kellie Nicholson now owns two greeting card businesses, one that raises funds for charity. Using her artistic vision she also created the Grandma Gillie character, named after her mother and featured in a series of children's stories she wrote. However, she claims that her most rewarding venture is that of a motivational speaker and life coach, giving her the opportunity to change lives, inspire hope and help others build their futures. With a down-to-earth style, Nicholson loves to push her clients and students beyond their limits, sometimes in tears herself when witnessing a breakthrough. What she says she's learned through it all is that everyone is worth fighting for and anyone can succeed!
