Book condition: near fine, very scarce 1886 edition, subtitle continues: "also various plates of chucks, tools, and instruments: and directions for using the eccentric cutter, drill, vertical cutter, and circular rest, with pattern, and instructions for working them." b/w illustrations throughout including one bifold and one trifold, brown cloth boards feature elaborate stamped designs on both sides and show only very minor scuffing to corners and two small white marks to back, brilliant gilt on spine, minor scuffing to head and tail, small tears to three back endpapers with dog earring, upper corners folded otherwise interior immaculate, 135 pages followed by 32 pages of other books by publisher, 5.25 X 8 inches.
