These are; Description, so that young writers can make their stories lively, exciting and enjoyable; Feelings, about themselves and their characters; Speech Punctuation, to make stories more interesting and to add realism; Using different sentence types to add more variety and to stimulate reader's interest. 20 brand new story plans are included such as "My Pet" and "A Day Trip with School".These story plans are accessible and enable young writers to bring their own experiences to the plans, by providing a structured framework to stimulate ideas for stories. Years of experience of using this book with students and talking to parents gives proof that this approach is successful.
