About the Author

Lesley Mandel Morrow, PhD, is Professor in the Department of Learning and Teaching, Graduate School of Education, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and past president of the International Reading Association.

Deborah Gee Woo, EdM, is a doctoral student and teaching assistant in the Department of Learning and Teaching at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
