One Plus Twelve: Create a Successful Organization in Just 3 Years

Visionary Leadership. Many people talk about it. Some have written about it. A few have been called visionary leaders. But only one man embodied its full meaning-Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Crucified and risen over 2,000 years ago, his visionary leadership continues to draw multitudes of followers today. Most writings about Jesus focus on what he did-proclaim the kingdom of God-and why-to save the world from its sin-but have neglected how he did it. How did his vision for establishing the Christian faith become so successful? How has Christianity lasted longer and grown larger than any other organization in history? In his ground breaking work "One Plus Twelve," Lee Bartolomei delves into the how of Christianity through a detailed examination of who Jesus Christ is and his simple, yet multi-layered vision for making disciples. Bartolomei then shows how any organization-business, non-profit, religious, and more-can become successful and enduring in just three short years! Bartolomei shows you how to: - Establish core ideology, values, and purpose that make up a vision - Find and develop like-minded leadership who can carry out a vision - Confront the brutal facts that hinder a vision - Develop a culture of discipline to continue a vision ...and much more!
