Twenty Channels

ADHD has always been called a deficit. But what if that description was written by people who could only imagine one way of thinking?

Twenty streams running at once. People call it distraction. I call it existence. A feeling from three conversations ago still sitting at the front of the mind. A connection between two ideas that seem unrelated until, suddenly, they are not, and the insight is so clear it almost hurts. This is not a symptom list. This is a life.

Every day, organizations hire, manage, and quietly discard some of their most original thinkers, not for lack of talent, but because no one taught leaders to recognize what they were looking at. The cost is enormous, and almost entirely invisible.

Twenty Channels takes you inside the mind that gets misread, the texture of making connections others miss, losing threads others never dropped, and navigating institutions built for a kind of thinking that was never its own. Part memoir, part field guide, it is an argument that the scattered mind is not a broken mind, and that the real cost is one most organizations can no longer afford to pay.
