Synopsis
As one of the most widely read books in the world, the Bible is still the least understood. We yearn for deeper understanding of the scriptures, yet we struggle to make sense of much of it. And sooner or later, what we believe starts to sound like what the guy behind the podium believes. Because, let’s face it, at some point, it just becomes easier to let him do the work! We will never fully understand the Bible in its context, but in his book, Building Your House Upon a Rock, Bobby Lampkin gives you the valuable tools necessary to further enhance your biblical understanding. The Bible is inexhaustible, offering up new revelations every day. And given the right tools, understanding the context in which it was written, and knowing the symbolism, imagery, audience, speaker, idioms, and customs of the period in question, anybody can study and understand the Bible. As you begin your journey into the depths of the scriptures beyond what translations have taught, you will begin to see new revelations and insights like never before. Let Building Your House Upon a Rock teach you to become the voice in the Earth that you were meant to be by learning to effectively study the Bible. Let the journey begin.
