Twisted Shot: A Slow Burn, Secret Identity Hockey Romance

Mila Anderson has a five-year plan. Nowhere in it: a masked man with a filthy mouth.

After catching her gaslighting ex cheating, Mila swears off men and throws herself into landing the Hartford Whalers as her marketing agency’s newest account. The last thing she needs is a broody, six-foot-something player distracting her.

Then the team’s Halloween party happens, and a masked stranger makes her forget every rule she’s ever set. One tiny problem: she never saw his face.

Theo Tilbury doesn’t do crowds or speeches. Or talking much at all. But behind that mask, Theo pours all his longing into her ear and makes her tremble in the dark. Too bad she doesn’t know the shy defenseman is the same guy who ruined her lipstick.

Before long, Mila is falling for both men—the bold stranger filling her phone with dirty texts and the quiet hockey player who worships her. In silence. But the closer she comes to loving both, the more Theo fears that his secret will make her want neither.

Twisted Shot is a spicy hockey romance packed with masked-man heat, secret yearning, and a shy hero who worships his workaholic heroine.
