In the fifth dramatic Code Red adventure, young Ben Tracy finds himself involved in a plane crash and a kidnapping — in the heart of a tornado

Ben Tracy is on holiday in the Cayman Islands when a hurricane warning means he and his new friend, the son of an oil billionaire, must fly out of range. But as the plane heads for Miami, an unfamiliar voice comes over the speaker: the aircraft has been hijacked. If anyone tries to make their way into the cockpit, they will be shot. So begins this exciting new Chris Ryan adventure.

Chris Ryan joined the SAS in 1984. During his ten years in the elite squadron, he was involved in overt and covert operations, and was sniper team commander of the anti-terrorist team. During the Gulf War, Chris was the only member of an eight-man team to escape from Iraq. For this he was awarded the Military Medal. For his last two years he was selecting and training potential recruits for the SAS.
