San Francisco: Printed by Andrew Hoyem, 1977. Royal 8vo, [11]pp. Printed in black and red. Original orange printed wrappers, thread bound. Very light staining and creasing to wrappers, very good. § One of 125 copies. Presented to members of the Roxburghe Club of San Francisco on the occasion of their meeting January 18, 1977. The letters reproduced are in the Grabhorn Press records in the Bancroft Library.
