Two Scarce Works: "Rules for Acting" AND "New MExico Theatre Conference"

Two works by Raines, Lester Courtney (compiler). (1) "Rules for Acting." Printed in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Perhaps this was printed/mimeographed by Raines who at this time was teaching at New Mexico Normal University. 11 x 8.5 , 22 leaves, approximately 11,000 words. Mimeographed, and stapled. __+__ Provenance: Library of Congress, with their small 8mm LC perforated stamp on the front wrapper. Also there is a note on the back of the title that this was a gift of the compiler (Raines) to the LC. Lastly there is a clip from the envelope that Raines used to mail the pamphlet to the LC that has Raines' written name. GOOD condition.__+__ Only ONE copy located in WorldCat (NYPL). __+__ AND (2) "New Mexico Theatre Conference", (1935). 11"x 8.5", 31 leaves, mimeographed, stapled. Wrappers. This has no indication of printer or place, but I assume it is similar to the above. Provenance: Library of Congress. Scarce titles.
