The front cover has a 1"closed tear top top edge, minor soiling, chipped corners, and mild creasing. The spine has creasing, moderate spine end loss, and mild soiling. The rear cover has a 2" closed tear to edge and moderate soiling. The book itself is in good minus condition. The front cover has 3/4" of black marker and minor wear to corners. The spine has a heavy creases to front hinge and minor end wear otherwise good. The rear board is in very good condition. The contents of the book are clean and bright. No writings or inscriptions. Minor stain to block fore edge. The red topstain has mild fading. The rear map is in very good condition. Minor lean. Tight binding. Seller Inventory # ABE-1763181381648
