Two-You Work: How to Work with the Self in Conflict (Paperback or Softback)

Exhausted with the mental merry-go-round?

Dr. Bea Mackay’s “Two-You Work: How to Work with the Self in Conflict” is a powerful tool to resolve inner conflict. She was inspired to write this book because she wanted professionals to learn how to use these tools effectively. Like knives in your kitchen drawers, how they are used depends on the skill set of the person using them.

Her experience with “Two-You Work” was developed through her research and over 35 years of private practice. This manual provides a clear way to identify the struggles with conflict, both within one’s self and with others. It gives clear, simple directions and guidance for using this powerful technique.

Dr. Bea delights in helping her clients blossom and actualize their full potential. As therapists, we all have a variety of books that sit on our shelves and collect dust. This book has been designed to be practical and easy to read so that you can bring it into your practice. It is already used as a basic training manual for various therapist groups globally.
