Two investigations on current problems in Latin America: Human rights and micro-enterprises

Human rights and micro-enterprises are high on the political agenda of every country in the world. For this reason, this book presents, roughly, two investigations on these important topics, this will be done in order to provide innovative solutions to the challenges currently facing the globalized world and especially Latin America.First, it addresses a specific topic on micro-enterprises, taking as its point of analysis the public policies implemented in Cartagena 2016-2019. On the other hand, in the second investigation, we will analyze the importance of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and its impact on the problems of Colombia.
