Last leaf (unpaginated, following p 102) is detached but present. This is the complete entry to the Set Theory section from the four-part work by Church the first two parts "I. The algebra of classes.--II. The algebra of propositions. Applications. Numerically definite reasoning" are not included here. [++] For the record there is no date on these publications, though one WorldCat record dates them as "(1942?)" while another dates them as 1934. There is a date of 1934 in the middle of a design in the front center of the cover but that I believe is for the founding of the series, and not a publication date. I have an earlier, dated Galois lecture from this series by Church that states 1936 and another from 1935 and uses a much inferior grade of paper. My best guess is that these Churchs are 1940s vintage.].
