Books requested will be held for two weeks (international, for three weeks). Directly we can receive payment through AbeBooks, by check or draft on a U.S. bank, or through PayPal. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days at the quoted charge for an item weighing less than 2 lbs. Shipment by media mail to a U.S. address is $4.00 for the first book and $1.50 for each additional book (unless an additional charge for heavier books and sets, or for priority mail, is authorized). Shipment worldwide by first class mail international is $19.00 (unless an additional charge for heavier books and sets, requiring priority mail international, is authorized).
