Types Of Mankind

""Types of Mankind: Or Ethnological Researches, Based Upon The Ancient Monuments, Paintings, Sculptures, And Crania Of Races"" is a book written by Josiah Clark Nott in 1854. The book explores the different types of human races and their physical characteristics, including the shape of their skulls, facial features, and skin color. Nott's research is based on ancient monuments, paintings, sculptures, and crania of different races, which he uses to classify and compare the various types of mankind. The book also delves into the history of human migration and the origins of different races, providing a comprehensive overview of the field of ethnology. While the book was influential in its time, it has since been criticized for its racist and pseudoscientific views on race. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
