I am, indeed, sorry to hear about this, and particularly so since it involves employees of a branch of the Federal Government. Employees of the Federal Government occupy positions requiring the utmost tact, good manners, and above all, service to the public. Your letter is being called to the attention of the Commissioner of the Bureau of Customs, along with my comments. As soon as I receive a reply I will be in touch with you. Best wishes.
