From Me to U: Lessons on Life, Leadership, and Living Your Legacy

Founder and CEO of internationally recognized leadership-development company U & Improved Jodi Low brings her expertise on reframing life’s challenges as lessons. A collection of short personal stories, From Me to U shines light on some of the most defining experiences Jodi has lived through and how they have influenced her business, her family, and her life.

From her divorce to rebranding her business in a weekend to death, babies, and everything in between, Jodi doesn’t shy away from life’s harsh realities. She doesn’t sugarcoat the embarrassment, the sweat and tears, and the complexities of relationships.

Instead, Jodi wholeheartedly argues—time and again—that it is through these wild, crazy, challenging, painful, and beautiful moments-turned-lessons that we are able to shape our life’s purpose. And while we all have certainly experienced some dark and scary times in life, she encourages us to seek out the “gift” in the challenges.

With an empowering blend of laugh-out-loud humor and unwavering grace, Jodi shares personal stories that showcase her trials and triumphs, her victories and her defeats, her pain and her purpose. Along the way, she provides practical tips for the reader on how to lean into these lessons. This book is her way of giving back to the world by empowering U to find your greatness, live out your purpose, and be authentically U—heart, body, and soul.
