About the Author

Gerald Burke Leonard had served as Chief Deputy County Supervisor for the Fifth Supervisorial District of Los Angeles County where he was responsible for the planning, public involvement, and ballot for the voters of the county. After a 30+ year career as a management consultant, he began writing in 2000 and has produced 4 novels, a series of short stories and this series of books about the Army's installations from WWII.
