U.S. Army - Undetermined-Unit Military Insignia, Circa 1985 - Vintage Triangular Embroidered Patch. Military Ephemera

As New; flawless and handsome.if a bit mysterious (to me). See scan and description. (location unknown), circa 1985: Vintage Embroidered Triangular Patch. Military insignia of undetermined-unit. Manufacture and art uncredited. As New, flawless. See scan. Stored in zip-lock since acquisition in 1985-86, when we cruised the country collecting patches. The radiant gold, red, and deep royal blue thread can't be precisely reproduced in a scan, but the scan does provide a good idea. Still as engagingly luminous as when new. Scarce and collectible. i've been informed that this is the 7th Army patch, Word War II of course. A hen's-tooth find in the genre. Long-ish, at 4 15/16" baseline; altitude (the perpendicular from the midpoint of the baseline to the peak) is 2 5/16". Don't put this on clothes you wear a lot - it's just too nice. Ships in stout protection, of course. Lsmph4.
