Mat Snow, periodista y escritor afincado en Londres, es conocido por su trabajo como editor de la prestigiosa revista musical Mojo y de la también reputada revista deportiva FourFourTwo. Colaborador habitual de las publicaciones mensuales de música New Musical Express y Q durante los años ochenta y noventa, Snow se considera seguidor de U2 desde que los vio actuar en el Politécnico de Manchester en mayo de 1980. Actualmente continúa viviendo en Londres junto con su hija, que lleva el nombre de una canción de The Kinks, su perra Dolly Parton y su mujer Jax.
